How to write a good letter in english

यहाँ हम इंग्लिश में लैटर लिखना सिखेंगे।

1. When you are writing letters to relatives, begin and end will be:-
Greetings                    Subscription
  (Begin)                             (End)
My Dear Father      Your loving daughter
My Dear Mother     Your affectionate son
Dear Brother           Your loving brother

2. When you are writing friendly letters to intimate friends-
Begin:                            End:
My Dear Anurag,       Yours Very Sincerely
Dearest Mehul,           Your Sincere Friend
Dear Friend,               Ever Yours

3. When you write to friends or acquaintances who are much older than yourself and not related to you, you must begin as- Dear Mr.Vajpayee or Dear Mrs. Gupta  and end as-
                                   With regards,
                                   Yours Sincerely,
4. When you are writi deng to a stranger, begin as- Dear Sir/ Madam. You should end as Yours Faithfully or Yours Truly.

5. To school teachers, principals- you must begin as Respected Sir/ Madam and end as Yours Faithfully or Yours Sincerely. our every day life most of us are required to write letters or either to our parents,relatives,friends, boss or on business.But writing a good letter is an art which can be learnt by remembering the following things.
Every good letter has the following four parts :-
1. Your address and date: It is always written on the right hand side at the top corner of the paper.
For example--
                                 13 AB,Sakinaka
                                 Andheri, Mumbai
                                PIN 400072
                                E-mail: abc@gmail.com
                                dt Dec 06, 2016
Remember that don't write your name with address.
2. Greeting or salutation: After writing your address and the date, write the date,write the greeting or salutation on the left hand side of the paper leaving one line. The salutation will depend upon your relations with the person to whom you are writing-
(a) if you are writing to the members of your family, it will be - My Dear Father,My Dear Mother,My Dearest Brother, Dear Uncle, Dear Amit etc.
(b) if you are writing to your friends, it will be like this- Dear Parag or My Dear Parag, My Dear Friend Alok etc.
3. Body of the letter:  The body of the letter is its main part.It should be written in the most natural way. At the time of writing the letter, just imagine that the person to whom you are writing is sitting by your side.Now put down just what you would like to say. Your whole matter should be divided into paragraphs if the letter is long. Always use easy and simple language. Don't write complicated words.
4. Ending your letter or Subscription: when you have finished the letter, write the words of finishing at the right hand side of bottom corner of the paper with your name below it.
For example-
                             Yours Sincerely,
                                    Sunita.
Or          
                            Sincerely Yours,
                                    Sunita.
